tsp Bakeshop owner, Melissa Nissen was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. She received her Culinary Arts Degree from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. After teaching at Western Culinary Institute for 4 ½ years, she returned to the Tri-Cities. Melissa has experience in all things “culinary” and finally determined her love is in the Pastry Field. In November 2016 she purchased tsp Bakeshop and is having the time of her life bringing smiles to pastry lovers everywhere!

Although we specialize in French Patisserie classics there is nothing we can’t do and our passionate Team is always up for a challenge.
